Our client is seeking an E-commerce Assistant to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Marketplace Management: Oversee and optimize product listings on Shopee and Lazada, ensuring they're up-to-date and appealing to customers. You'll also play a key role in executing promotional campaigns and flash sales.
  • Order Fulfillment: Efficiently process incoming orders and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, keeping customers happy and coming back for more.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, responsive support through marketplace chat channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain the brand's high seller rating.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to the preparation and uploading of enticing product photos and descriptions that showcase the irresistible appeal of Good Food Always' snacks.
