TLK Events & Lightings manages events of all scales — from pasar malams and food fairs to trade fairs and large bazaars. We focus on smooth operations, strong vendor partnerships, and delivering memorable event experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit documents for SFA submissions.
- Track and reconcile daily payment records from vendors.
- Handle simple bookkeeping of expenses and revenue transactions.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document packing.
- Run errands for management within the warehouse when required.
- Provide additional support and take on ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and China-based colleagues).
- Self-driven, committed, and able to work independently.
- Willing to learn, adaptable, and open to added responsibilities for company and personal growth.
- Meticulous, organized, and comfortable liaising with vendors when needed.
- 5-day work week.
