Operation Executive | Logistic | WMS System | Up to $3k | Pandan loop

Working Days: 5.5 days
Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm; Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
Working Location: Pandan Loop (West)
Salary: $ 2,500 - $ 3,000

Job Summary:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily freezer deployment, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of freezers, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Implement and optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and anticipate potential shortages or overstock situations.
  • Knowledgeable of inventory control and systems.

Warehouse Operations:

  • Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of freezers.
  • Ensure efficient space utilization and warehouse layout.
  • Coordinate with logistics and transportation providers.
  • Manage and supervise Freezer Team, including training and performance evaluations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

Logistics and Distribution:

  • Coordinate and fulfil freezer job requests, ensure timely delivery.
  • Optimize delivery routes and methods to minimize costs.
  • Handle returns and discrepancies.

Team Leadership:

  • Delegate tasks and supervise Freezer Department.
  • Motivate and train personnel of Freezer Department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and analyse warehouse performance reports.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics principles.
  • Basic Logistics/Shipping Terms/Warehousing or equivalent experiences would be preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Certifications in logistics, supply chain management or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience with refrigeration would be preferred.
