Warehouse Logistics CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse operations team as a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator.Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials through our warehouse. Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming goods, verifying quantity and quality against delivery orders;
  • Conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy in inventory records;
  • Picking, packing, and labeling items based on customer orders, preparing goods for delivery and organizing them according to delivery schedules;
  • Assisting in planning drivers' schedules and coordinating delivery routes;
  • Communicating and coordinating with drivers to ensure timely deliveries;
  • Assisting in ordering stock as needed to fulfill customer orders;
  • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs);
  • Assisting in loading and unloading goods onto/from delivery vans as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent;
  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
