- **Coordinate Incoming Shipments**:Arrange for the seamless coordination of goods arriving from shipping companies to Tanglin Mall.
- **Stock Verification**:Responsible for checking the stock of goods upon arrival at the mall, ensuring quantities and conditions match shipping documents.
- **Storage Organization**:Organize and manage the placement of incoming goods within the small storage areas in both the office and the mall, optimizing space utilization.
- **Local Deliveries**:Assist with local deliveries whenever required, ensuring timely and safe transport of products to customers.

**Inventory Management:

- **
- Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring accurate records of incoming and outgoing European homeware and furniture.Perform regular stock checks and audits to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

**Warehouse Operations:

- **
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
- Implement best practices for the storage and handling of homeware and furniture to prevent damage.
- Be on standby to go to the warehouse or mall as needed for stock checks or to facilitate deliveries from the warehouse to the mall.
- Conduct local deliveries to customers when necessary, ensuring all products are delivered in excellent condition.
