Job Title: Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods, accurately recording any discrepancies or issues.
  • Pick and pack orders efficiently, maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or stock shortages.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the semiconductor or instrument product industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers and data.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
