**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management**:

- Oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations and manage the 3PL warehouse
- Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload goods safely.
- Manage SKU tracking and inventory control to maintain accuracy.
- Conduct cycle counts and stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) and product storage.Implement and maintain warehouse organization systems.

**Customer & Vendor Coordination**:

- Act as the main liaison between customers, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle customer orders, inquiries, and complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with logistics partners.Negotiate with suppliers and service providers for the best terms.

**Warehouse Administration & System Management**:

- Utilize WMS and other software for stock monitoring and reporting.
- Generate and maintain inventory reports, shipping documents, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and warehouse regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout for operational efficiency.Implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Forklift license (valid and up to date).
- Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.Good communication and coordination skills for handling customers and vendors.

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 2 years prior experience in a logistics, warehouse, or supply chain environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
