**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Plan, organize, execute and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
- Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
- Perform quality and quantity check of materials prior to delivery/use and upon acceptance at warehouse.
- Comply to safety regulations and security measures for warehouse operations
- Monitor the delivery and receiving schedules of goods in the warehouse.
- Monitor daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, logistics and procurement
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
- Oversee logistics utilized to transport materials, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of the items
- Check the sources and identifies potential service providers for materials and evaluates quotations to ensure they are in line with the required technical and commercial specifications
- Liaises and work collaboratively with project managers on the procurement of tools and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments as required to ensure smooth flow of materials movement and operations
- Performs other job-related functions as and when required by management
- Handle basic administrative work such as documentation and filling
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Atleast 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge in logistics and warehouse operations
- Able to work overtime and weekends
