  • To assist the warehouse manager in the day to day operational activities.
  • Able to plan & organize effectively on the daily requirements of the warehouse operations.
  • Able to investigate & analyse the cause of mistakes and provide with solutions when there is incident and provide reports and counselling.
  • Ensure that all Safe Work Procedures are adhered at all times.
  • To ensure regular inspections are carried out on all material handling equipment in the warehouse.
  • All operational areas and documentations are maintained as per SOP.
  • Responsible for management of quality issues and resolutions as per standard operating procedures or defined standards.
  • Responsible for monthly cycle count, annual stock take and overall inventory accuracy.
  • Responsible in maintaining a safe and clean work environment by ensuring all workstations are kept neat by complying with safety rules, procedures and regulations.
  • Participates and contributes to team effort by accomplishing set KPIs and company goals.
  • Communicating with warehouse operational team on issues or concerns pertaining operational matters or duties.
  • Ensure safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods and ensure all key performance indicators are achieved.
  • Identify and implement in all areas of improvements to maximize productivity.
  • To ensure operations are performed smoothly through computerized administration system.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in Warehousing / Picking, Packing & Inventory control especially in a computerised warehouse environment.
  • Responsible to generate daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics for operational matters, productivity and transactional data.
  • Responsible to ensure all billing and costing is completed within the specified datelines.
  • Be the team lead for all SAP EWM related issues, problem solving, resolution and improvements.
  • Conduct In-House-Training for new staff on warehouse process and other warehouse related activities.
  • Responsible for the management, monitoring and replenishment of packing materials and ensure availability at all times.
  • Liase with both internal and external customers on all aspects of operational requirements within the warehouse.
  • Performs and delegates other duties as and when assigned.
  • Transportation provided at designated Joo Koon mrt station
