Responsibilities:
- Carry out handset activation, configuration, and provisioning to ensure all devices are operational and compliant with company standards before deployment.
- Assist customers with initial device setup, explain basic features and usage, and verify personal information with proper documentation handling
- Work closely with the IT Support team to troubleshoot and escalate device-related issues, while maintaining accurate logs and documentation.
- Ensure timely service fulfilment, adherence to data privacy and safety protocols, and contribute to regular reporting on service progress.
- Support customers with product and service inquiries, basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex feedback or complaints when necessary.
- Coordinate effectively with Customer Service and Logistics teams to support smooth service fulfilment across departments.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed to support overall operational and service delivery objectives.
Requirements:
- Candidate with experience in telco/ telecommunication industry/ mobile phone activation or service provisioning will have added advantages (but not mandatory).
- A team player with a strong customer-focused mindset.
