Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Overview

The Product Specialist is responsible for fostering a cohesive teamwork environment and increasing the growth of the business. This role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and is excellent in building interpersonal relationship and has a passion to serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively drive sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets

  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

  • Service existing accounts and acquire new accounts

  • Conduct product trainings and product demonstrations

  • Develop strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability

  • Drive brand and product awareness using different marketing activities and avenues

  • Keep updated with product knowledge and stay informed of competitors' products

  • Strive and maintain an excellent customer service level that is complimented even by our competitors

Qualifications

  • Education: At least a diploma. (Diploma in Business Management, Sales and Marketing or Nursing will be an advantage)

  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of work experience in sales.

Skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English

  • Able to work cohesively in a team

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good organisation skills.
