Our team focus in fast moving roles such as Events, Warehouse, Retail and F&B positions.

Job Description:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, facilitating interviews, onboarding
  • Support in event related activities such as deployment, scheduling, timesheet collection
  • Guide candidates through the application process, providing feedback and support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Make use of various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified blue-collar workers.
  • Gather feedback from clients and candidates to improve recruitment processes.
  • Stay informed about best practices in recruitment and blue-collar employment trends.
  • Adhoc duties from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any field
  • Self-motivated and driven individual
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service and sales oriented
  • Salary package: Basic + team inventive
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • No experience required as training will be provided
