Job Title: Marketing, Events & Social Media Executive

Reports to: Marketing Manager


Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organised Marketing, Events & Social Media Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a hands-on multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing ideas to life across marketing campaigns, social media, and events.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional assets.
  • Support brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights for improvement.

Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to messages/comments, and build audience relationships.
  • Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.

Event Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and execute both in-person and virtual events from start to finish.
  • Work with vendors, partners, and venues to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Coordinate event promotion across social media, email, and other marketing channels.
  • Manage event logistics, setup, and post-event follow-up.

General Duties

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support the marketing department with any ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, or event coordination.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Experience with social media scheduling or CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in a similar marketing or events role.
