Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome customer and visitors to the clinic.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, using our booking system.
- Register new customer and update existing patient information accurately.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries.
- Process payments for services and products.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth outlets operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customer.
Requirements:
· Good communication skill.
· Proficient in basic computer skills and office software.
· Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· A positive attitude and a strong commitment to patient satisfaction.
