Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing professional and friendly services to phone calls and walk-ins
  • Ensure a clean and well-maintained reception area and meeting room.
  • Manage incoming mail and parcels/packages
  • Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Handle purchase, inventory, and distribution for stationeries, pantry and cleaning items.
  • Maintain office security by controlling access via reception desk
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Ad-hoc duty as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least GCE "O" Level or NITEC or Diploma

Job Requirements:

  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in a receptionist or customer services role.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Pleasant personality, meticulous, responsible, positive working attitude.
  • Good communication and warm hospitality.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to plan and meet deadlines and prioritize tasks assigned.
  • Knowledge and ability on logistics arrangements.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
