We're Hiring: Dental Receptionist

We are a friendly and professional dental clinic in Singapore looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team. If you are cheerful, organized, and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:


• Welcome and assist patients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth


• Manage phone calls, enquiries, and appointment bookings


• Handle patient registration, billing, and payments


• Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:


• Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred (experience in healthcare/dental setting is an advantage but not required)


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)


• Positive attitude and team player

Location: West Coast/ Clementi

Working Hours: 44hours per week, 5 days (4 weekday + 1 weekend)
