Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact, managing receptionist duties such as answering calls and welcoming visitors professionally.
- Deliver general administrative support, including office facilities management, maintenance, and coordination of internal and external events.
- Provide personal assistant support to the CEO as required/ if necessary.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
- Manage office supplies, including stationery and pantry inventory, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate local and international courier services.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accurate collation of receipts and documentation.
- Assist with business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa applications.
- Attend to all calls courteously, forwarding and taking messages as appropriate.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and assignments as directed by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Front desk or receptionist experience will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working in fast-paced environment.
