Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
· Greets and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner, ensuring proper registration in the system.
· Handle inbound calls and email and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
· Receive and sort daily mail, couriers, and deliveries.
· Help maintain a clean and organized office environment by coordinating with cleaning service providers.
· Manage meeting room bookings and assist in setting up meeting rooms when required.
Administrative Support:
· Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
· Ensure timely replenishment of ordering and managing office supplies and pantry inventory.
· Provide administrative support to HR and other departments as assigned.
· Assist in coordination with building management and vendors on office maintenance and facilities works.
· Participate in fire drills and assist with related safety procedures.
· Support event logistics and office-related activities
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; Diploma in Business Administration is an advantage.
· At least 1 year of receptionist and administrative work experience is preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-service oriented.
· Able to multi-task and work independently.
· Familiarity with office procedures and basic administrative tasks.
· Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors.
· Immediate availability is a plus.
