Roles & Responsibilities
Core Functions :
- Support an SME organisation by assisting in administrative and operational processes for various functions and projects across all departments – sales, purchasing, human resource, warehousing, shipping and other logistics.
Job Duties :
- Handle day-to-day, general administrative and operational tasks in a trading environment
- Manage sales and delivery transactions; engage and communicate with customers
- Organise purchases and import transactions; liaise with suppliers
- Manage human resource matters
- Serve walk-in, write-in and phone-in customers
Requirements
- Familiarity with basic office apps
- Comfortable with the typical SME culture of multi-tasking across multiple departments
- Willingness, flexibility and critical thinking skills to meet new challenges in the constantly changing market and work environment
- Ability to meet high demands on learning new skills and processes
- Collaboration and interpersonal skills to work in teams
- High expectation on competency and professionalism
Working Hours
- 5-day week, Mon-Fri , Sat , as and when necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1, $2,200.00 per month
