Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate import and export operations including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
  • Provide support to the sales team and handle customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
  • Monitor shipment timelines and resolve any logistical issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Experience in import/export operations or freight forwarding preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Air & Sea import/export regulations and customs compliance is an advantage.
  • Experience with shipping documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List) is an advantage.
