About Us

We are building a modern herbal wellness beverage brand (inspired by Indonesian Herbal & functional drinks) for the international market.

We are seeking an experienced Beverage Product Development Manager who can oversee the end-to-end process (A–Z): recipe development, ingredient sourcing, supplier management, testing, costing, and scaling to production.

This is a unique opportunity to work overseas (Singapore) and be part of an innovative F&B brand with strong financial backing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, develop, and test new beverage recipes (herbal, tea-based, functional drinks, fusion concepts).
  • Source raw materials, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with Halal and food safety certifications.
  • Conduct R&D trials, ensuring taste consistency, cost control, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with production teams to scale recipes from kitchen trials to commercial manufacturing.
  • Monitor market trends (local & global) and adapt products to consumer demand.
  • Prepare detailed costing and product development reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in beverage product development / R&D.
  • Preferred background: prior work experience with leading beverage brands such as Starbucks, KOI, LiHO, Chatime, Mixue, or other international drink companies.
  • Strong knowledge of ingredient sourcing and supplier networks (Indonesia and overseas).
  • Education in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage projects independently from start to finish.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willing to relocate and work overseas (Singapore or Australia).
