About the role

Bluestone Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking a driven and experienced Product Specialist (Equipment) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the sales and distribution of our comprehensive range of medical equipment across the Bishan East Central Region. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service and building strong partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in the continued success of our healthcare products division.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the healthcare sector
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices
  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the most suitable consumables for their needs
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales and promotional strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in regulations to inform your sales approach
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product portfolio and sales processes

What we're looking for

  • Diploma/Degree in Nursing / Business / Biomedical Science/ Science or related
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering practical, customer-centric solutions
  • Adaptable and innovative, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Prior sales experience in the Healthcare industry and/or Nursing will be an added advantage; entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
