Job Description:

Calling all tea lovers Step into the world of premium brews and modern tea artistry with a fast-growing beverage brand that's redefining the tea scene in Singapore.

We're on the lookout for energetic Tea Specialists to join our Brew Crew—whether you're starting your F&B journey or have barista experience under your belt, there's a spot for you in our team.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Brew and serve a variety of handcrafted tea drinks with consistency and care
• Deliver friendly and efficient service to all customers
• Ensure a clean and organized workstation at all times
• Support daily store operations including stock checks and cleaning
• Senior team members will guide and mentor juniors while supporting smooth outlet flow

Who We're Looking For:

• F&B experience is an advantage, but fresh faces with the right attitude are welcome
• Outgoing, responsible and committed team players
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Flexible to work at any outlet (Central / East)
• Committed to a 5-day work week (44 hours/week)

Salary Package:

• Entry-Level: $1,800 + $700 Fixed Allowance
  
  Post-Confirmation: $2,000 + $700 Fixed Allowance
• Senior-Level: $2,100 + $700 Fixed Allowance
  
  Post-Confirmation: $2,300 + $700 Fixed Allowance
• OT Pay (if applicable), Staff Discounts, Training & Growth Opportunities
