Responsibilities

  • Source, short-list and select suitable candidates via different channels such as social media, advertising and referrals etc
  • Conduct interviews to assess the suitability of candidate
  • Profile the suitable candidates to clients for consideration
  • Coordinate interviews arrangement, salary negotiation between clients and candidates
  • Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with new / existing clients through tele-calls, follow up and client visit etc.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure repeated business needs from current clients.
  • Ensure proper documents are recorded and kept accordingly in the system
  • Establish strong rapport with clients and candidates

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both candidates and clients
  • Result-oriented, resilient and resourceful
  • Possess valid CEI certification will be an advantage
