We provide attractive base salary plus uncapped commission structure.

  • Working hours: 9am to 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
  • Location: Tanjong Pagar
  • Basic Salary + Commission + AWS & Performance Bonus / Work life balance
  • On-job training will be provided

Responsibilities:

  • Manage 360 end-to-end recruitment process
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
  • Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to client's requirement
  • Provide good customer service to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Nitec/Diploma/ Degree
  • Obtained CEI certification will be an added advantage
  • Strong passion in doing recruitment and sales
  • Self-driven and enthusiastic individual with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly initiative and motivated individual.
