What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant at ManpowerGroup, you'll wear many hats — advisor, strategist, connector, and coach. Your mission? To create exceptional hiring experiences and deliver talent solutions that truly make a difference.

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and be their trusted advisor on talent strategy.
  • Source and engage top talent through creative channels, networking, and market insights — not just filling roles, but finding the right fit.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform hiring decisions, improve processes, and deliver measurable value to clients.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, and emerging talent strategies to keep clients competitive and candidates future-ready.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team and celebrates wins together.

  • Proven experience in a recruitment agency setting in Singapore — you understand the local market, talent trends, and client expectations.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated — you enjoy the thrill of achieving goals and pushing boundaries.
  • Adaptable and resilient — you stay composed under pressure and thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.
  • Comfortable with tech and data — you know your way around CRMs, sourcing tools, and using insights to drive smarter hiring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
