What You'll Do: As a Sales Consultant (Talent Acquisition), you'll be our talent scout, career coach, and matchmaker all rolled into one. You'll dig deep into the job market, find hidden gems, and connect them with cool companies. It's fast-paced, super rewarding, and you'll be making a difference every day.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Take charge of the recruitment process: from finding clients to sourcing and matching candidates with their ideal roles.
  • Be a true talent connector: source, identify, engage, and interview top candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Achieve your targets and celebrate big wins with your team.

What You Need:

  • Got a Diploma or Degree? Awesome. But your real-world experience and hustle matter just as much
  • If you've got sales or recruitment experience, awesome. If not, show us your potential
  • You're a people person? - chatting, texting, DMing, you name it.
