Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO, email, and other channels.
• Create, manage, and publish engaging content (Posts, ads, newsletters, visuals, videos) aligned with brand objectives. (With our In House Graphic designers)
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Manage company's website and online presence, ensuring content is updated and optimized.
• Drive online traffic and customer engagement through targeted digital strategies.
• Research digital trends, competitors, and audience behavior to improve performance.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Encourage UGC (user-generated content) through creative campaigns and community challenges.
• Manage and grow brand community groups (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Groups, WeChat) to increase engagement and brand loyalty.
Community Building & Event Management
• Plan, organize, and execute offline events such as eco-workshops, parent-child activities, and private community gatherings.
• Build and manage local brand communities (eco-lifestyle groups, parent networks, student clubs, etc.).
• Establish partnerships with schools, universities, NGOs, and lifestyle venues in Singapore.
• Manage event logistics, vendors, and budget while ensuring high-quality attendee experience.
Strategy & Operations
• Work closely with our team to align event themes and overall brand positioning.
• Track, measure, and report community growth KPIs, event ROI, and engagement performance.
• Explore new growth channels for both local offline reach and digital marketing expansion.

Requirements
• Based in Singapore, with strong understanding of local consumer behavior and community culture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing, community management and event planning.
• Strong expertise in Eco, lifestyle, or parent-child communities preferred.
• Creative thinker with excellent execution ability.
• Skilled in digital tools (Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus (for liaising with Chinese-speaking communities).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable hosting and engaging with community members.
