Jobs responsibilities
- Processing of monthly Payroll
- Ensure HR service delivery & support to relevant stakeholders
- Work pass applications, renewal and cancellations.
- Manage issues pertaining to foreign workers.
- Manage employee welfare matters.
- Carry out HR policies and processes
- Ensure HR practices are in compliance with local labor legislation and regulations.
- Assist in Dormitory management and liaise with MOM.
- Assist in Company's event.
- Attend to employee enquiries.
- Provide daily operational HR administration support and other administrative duties.
- Assist in other HR initiatives and projects as and when directed by superior.
Jobs requirements
- Minimum a Diploma in Human Resource Management or any related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
- Hands-on payroll experiences. Proficiency in Timesoft will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of local employment laws, e.g. Employment Act, CPF Act, etc
- High level of integrity and responsibility
- Positive working attitude and team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
