
Project Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement competitive sales strategies to achieve growth in revenue, sales pipeline, and market share.
- Identify new and emerging market opportunities to strategically promote a new product line.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor pricing, new product launches, and industry activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients such as developers, architects, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects to set product specifications for commercial and residential projects.
- Participate in trade fairs and exhibitions to maximize brand visibility and market presence.
- Prepare and manage project tender documentation (including translation where necessary).
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports for both project and distributor segments.
- Handle site inquiries and provide technical support to clients when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant sales/project experience, preferably in construction, consumer durables, or building materials.
- Strong sales drive and customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in negotiation and relationship-building.
- Experience in building distribution networks or consumer durables is an added advantage.
