Job Description:

  • Identify and secure new project opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality developments.
  • Build strong pipelines by collaborating closely with developers, architects, consultants, and design firms.
  • Ensure product specifications are achieved at the early design stage, with a focus on long-term mega-project wins.

  • Manage project tenders and provide technical support and documentation when required.

  • Actively monitor market intelligence including competitors' pricing, product launches, and activities.

  • Define and execute competitive sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.

  • Track project conversion rates, customer engagement, and prepare accurate sales forecasts.

Job requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project sales, business development, or key account management.
  • Strong network and proven track record in dealing with developers, architects, and consultants in the residential or hospitality sectors.
