Job Description:
- Identify and secure new project opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality developments.
- Build strong pipelines by collaborating closely with developers, architects, consultants, and design firms.
- Ensure product specifications are achieved at the early design stage, with a focus on long-term mega-project wins.
Manage project tenders and provide technical support and documentation when required.
Actively monitor market intelligence including competitors' pricing, product launches, and activities.
Define and execute competitive sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Track project conversion rates, customer engagement, and prepare accurate sales forecasts.
Job requirement:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project sales, business development, or key account management.
- Strong network and proven track record in dealing with developers, architects, and consultants in the residential or hospitality sectors.
