
International Connectivity Support Specialist

Own day-to-day support for our cross-border connectivity business (e.g., IPLC/IEPL, IP Transit, data services) across ASEAN. You'll liaise with HQ solution teams, prepare overseas quotations/solutions, coordinate pre-sales and delivery, and keep billing/settlement and procurement flows on track.
Key Responsibilities- HQ & Regional Liaison: Coordinate with HQ Global Solutions Center; plan and track outbound connectivity support for ASEAN.
- Pre-sales Support: Shape cost-effective solutions and overseas resource quotations; provide basic enablement/training to country teams.
- Project & Delivery: Support pre-sales, in-delivery project administration, timeline tracking, and multi-party coordination until handover.
- Monthly Settlement: Compile monthly service/billing settlement for outbound fixed network and other overseas entities.
- Procurement & Payments: Raise PR/PO requests and verify subsequent invoices/payment information with finance.
- Quality & Reporting: Consolidate requirements/risks early, monitor progress, and produce concise status/closing reports.
- Collaboration: Provide ad-hoc solution/technical support to country solution engineers; share best practices.
- Other tasks as assigned by the department.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Internet/IT, Electronics, Network Engineering or related.
- Experience: 3+ years in telecom technical support / international connectivity / system integration delivery.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong grasp of operator network architecture and core protocols (IP/MPLS, transmission).
- Experience with dedicated lines (IPLC/IEPL), IP Transit, large campus networking or integration projects is a plus.
Skills:
Solid project coordination; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Able to prepare technical proposals, requirements docs, bids, and clear status reports.
- Proficient with Excel/PowerPoint and internal workflow tools (PR/PO, CRM, ticketing).
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English — required to work with China-based product/engineering teams and suppliers, and to review Chinese technical/contract documents.
- Attributes: Customer-centric, detail-oriented, rigorous and accountable; proactive, collaborative, and open to short business travel.
- End-to-end exposure to cross-border telecom (from solution to settlement).
- Direct collaboration with HQ global solutions and ASEAN country teams.
- A platform to grow into solution delivery / commercial operations / regional PM roles.
