Central Region, Singapore PERSOL Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

Location: Havelock

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Working Days: Monday - half day Saturday. Saturdays are rostered on average twice a month, and given OIL for each Saturday worked.

  • Mon to Thu: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
  • Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
  • Sat: 8.30 am to 1.00 pm

Join a dynamic public service environment where your organisational skills and customer service expertise will make a real difference. This role offers the chance to work closely with court operations, stakeholders, and the public, ensuring smooth processes and timely support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide frontline operational support for registry and court operations, including explaining filing procedures and clarifying required documentation for applications.
  • Attend to enquiries from court users in person, over the phone, or via email, and process applications at the service counter.
  • Manage and process large volumes of online applications accurately and within stipulated timelines.
  • Liaise with internal departments to coordinate and deliver support services to court users.
  • Handle day-to-day system requests and work with technical support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct physical delivery of official court documents to parties in Singapore, explain their contents, and ensure delivery records are tracked, monitored, and verified within deadlines.
  • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing operational workflows and assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with external agencies such as the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and the Singapore Police Force (SPF) to support the holistic management of cases.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service, administration, or operational support roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Able to handle pressure, think quickly on one's feet, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in using IT systems and comfortable learning new applications.
  • Experience handling public enquiries and working with multiple stakeholders is advantageous.
