  • Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Mon – Thurs), 8.30am -5.30pm (Fri)

Work closely with Programme Managers to ensure the smooth delivery of training operations and a high-quality learning experience for participants. This role involves managing logistics, providing onsite support, handling training materials, and assisting with course registration and funding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Onsite Training & Logistics Support

  • Coordinate with facility teams to ensure daily setup of training rooms, including AV equipment, room layout, and signage.
  • Manage food and beverage arrangements, ensuring timely and quality service during training sessions.
  • Greet participants, distribute materials, and provide onsite assistance to ensure smooth session flow.
  • Prepare and manage training materials in advance, track attendance, and handle daily logistics.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Support procurement and logistics for training-related needs.
  • Assist with course registration, documentation, and funding-related processes in compliance with internal procedures.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.

Requirements:

  • ITE or Polytechnic diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in training coordination, learning operations, or administrative support preferred
  • Exposure to IT or professional services sectors will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
