Job Highlights

Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Take photos and videos at community engagement events
  • Develop content, scripts, storyboards, and produce videos
  • Maintain archive of stories, photographs, and videos

Campaign Management

  • Provide ideas for planning and executing communications campaigns

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement video-led communication strategies
  • Use storytelling (e.g. human-interest stories) to share vision and mission

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Simplify complex information into engaging videos/content for stakeholders

Other Duties

  • Develop annual communications plan
  • Manage CO's social media and digital assets
  • Create monthly content calendar (posts, infographics, videos)
  • Design marketing collaterals (banners, posters, digital display panels)
Requirements
  • Diploma in Communications (minimum) / Degree preferred
  • At least 2 years relevant experience (if Diploma holder)
  • Experience in photography, videography, social media, and content creation
  • Strong written English; knowledge of Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil an advantage
  • Interest in current affairs, national policies, and community news
  • Active social media user with passion for networking
  • Creative, motivated, and a team player
Work Arrangement
  • 5-day work week (including weekends when required)
  • Flexible weekday schedule (negotiable)
  • Base: Tengah Community Club
  • Travel required around Tengah Estate for community events
