Position: Recruitment Consultant

Salary: Basic + Commission

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Paya Lebar Square (Walking distance from Paya Lebar MRT)

*This role also offers the opportunity to learn and be involved in immigration consultancy work.

Job Responsibilities
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue objectives.
  • Manage the full cycle of search and recruitment activities for both executive and non-executive roles.
  • Oversee the job offer process, including remuneration and compensation discussions with clients and candidates.
  • Advise clients and job seekers on market and employment trends.
  • Engage in business development by managing and growing new and existing client relationships.
  • Develop strong account management skills to enhance long-term client partnerships.
  • Work closely with clients to design recruitment strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • CEI Certificate and prior recruitment experience will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
