Objective:

  • Responsible for managing and growing our presence across Tiktok shop, Fairprice Online Marketplace and other E-commerce platforms as needed
  • Lead Tiktok social commerce initiatives, including content planning, trend monitoring and campaign execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations and timely campaign launches.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales and engagement
  • Setting and delivering technology-based solutions and ensuring that expenditure is maintained at the agreed level and projects are delivered to agreed

Job Scope:

Manage E-commerce Platforms

  • Oversee Fairprice online and support other marketplaces (Tiktok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) as required.
  • Handle product listings, pricing, inventory and promotions.
  • Track and report performance metrics for all platforms

Lead Tiktok Social Commerce

  • Plan and execute Tiktok campaigns, including content creation and trend monitoring.
  • Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Host engaging livestream sessions on Tiktok or Shopee to drive product awareness and conversions.
  • Optimize strategies based on analytics and platform insights.

Drive Growth Through Analysis & Collaboration

  • Monitor sales and engagement data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Stay updated with e-commerce and social media trends to implement best practice

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
  • Training will be provided; internship or freelance experience in social media or ecommerce is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and/or FairPrice Online is a plus
  • Understanding of TikTok trends, content formats, and platform algorithms.
  • Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and the e-commerce landscape.
  • Comfortable hosting livestream sessions on TikTok or Shopee.
  • Familiarity with other platforms (Shopee, Lazada, RedMart) is a plus.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication skills, skills on Microsoft office, analytical skills and ability to work with data
  • Ability to organize self and work
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to multitask in the role with little supervision and many demands from many constituents.
  • Positive attitude and a desire to drive modern technologies and solutions

Additional Information:

  • Salary – Up to S$4K per month
  • Contract duration: 12-month contract renewable and possible conversion
  • Commencement Date: Jan 2026
  • Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
