Job description:

Its primary businesses in Singapore include luxury retailing, turn-key project management, system specialist consulting and brand distribution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities for group of companies;
  • Handling partial set of accounts/bookkeeping & other related duties;
  • Prepare and submit GST returns for the group;
  • Prepare monthly debtors reconciliation and statement of accounts
  • Liaise with external accounting firm as assigned;
  • Prepare and submit claims such as NS claims, grants and other;
  • Ensure proper filing of accounting documents;
  • Undertake such other work as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least Nitec in Accounting or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
  • Min. 1-2 years of experience in an relevant role
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
