JOB ROLE

1) Assist the Finance Manager for the day to day operations of Finance Department.

2) Supervise and mentoring staffs for timely mid-month and month end closing.

3) Ensure accurate and timely mid-month and month end closing, financial and management reporting and in compliance with accounting standards, internal policies and tax regulations.

4)Analyse financial information and prepare monthly management reports within deadlines for all internal reporting, HQ reporting and statutory filing requirements.

5)Provide in-depth value add analysis on the financial performance of the company to Top Management and Business Units that supports decision making as well as improving overall performance.

6) Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.

7) Assist in the collation of information and input of data for annual budgeting.

8) Review and manage audit schedules, liaising with auditor.

9) Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.

10) Manage the ERP system of the company and troubleshoot / address issues which may be raised by users.

11) Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
