Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Finance Executive to support the finance team in managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a listed company environment, with strong knowledge of financial regulations, internal controls, and statutory reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and listed company requirements.

  • Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure financial practices comply with statutory requirements, stock exchange rules, and corporate governance standards.

  • Support audit processes (internal and external) and assist in implementing audit recommendations.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.

  • Provide financial data and analysis to support management decision-making.

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Manage vendor payments, staff claims, and customer invoicing processes.

  • Monitor cash flow and support treasury activities.

  • Internal Controls & Risk Management

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of financial policies and internal controls.

  • Highlight discrepancies and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience  in a listed company.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory reporting, and stock exchange compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
