About the role

Join AspenHealth Pte. Ltd. as a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial accounting and reporting support to the wider organization. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the company's financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage a full spectrum of accounts duties, specialized in areas of accounts receivables. Including invoicing, posting of transactions in appropriate accounts, monitor account receivable Owings (debt collections), perform routine bank reconciliations
  2. Provide solutions to claim related matters including but not limited to uncollected claims tracking, manage care problematic claims recovering from patients.
  3. Assist with the month-end and year-end closing process
  4. Support the annual audit process by preparing audit schedules and providing information to external auditors
  5. Preparation of reports relating to profitability and sales, management report preparation eg. Trend analysis, patient load effect on sales
  6. Maintain and improve financial processes and controls
  7. Produce accurate financial statements and reports as requested by the Finance Manager to specific deadlines.
  8. Assist with Inventory related tasks when required from project-to-project basis.
  9. Provide ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  2. 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the financial services industry
  3. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards
  4. Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications
  5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
