We are doing a confidential search for our client in searching for the following position:

Senior Finance Executive (Full Sets/AP/GL)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts payable duties.
  • Accurate and timely posting of vendor invoices (trade and non-trade).
  • Prepare payment to vendors and intercompany.
  • Communicate with vendors / logistics planners regarding payments and discrepancies.
  • Maintenance of global master data, verify and ensure completeness of supporting are received and stored.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly cashflow forecast to ensure adequate cashflow.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of General Ledger duties
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly close reports.
  • Drive month-end close, prepare audit schedules including intercompany reconciliation, AP relevant schedules etc.
  • Handle full set of accounts of one subsidiary.
  • Assist in year-end audit / tax process, prepare documents requested by auditors and tax consultants.
  • Active involvement in ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / Finance-related field of study.
  • Preferably with 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Possess good analytical skills.
  • Familiar with excel, SAP and /or other accounting software.
