Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Facilities team to manage building systems such as CCTV, access control, chillers, and carpark gantries, as well as support church services and events.
  • Work closely with Pastoral staff to ensure facilities meet the needs of various campus ministries.
  • Coordinate with the Facilities Management Company (FMC) to ensure the premises are well-prepared for weekly activities.
  • Handle room bookings and ensure proper setup of room facilities.
  • Uphold security, health, and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with the renewal of licenses and permits as required.
  • Support FMC in planning and executing scheduled maintenance.
  • Provide administrative assistance and serve as a backup to the team when needed.
  • Maintain a systematic and detail-oriented approach to ensure thorough execution of processes.
  • Participate in project teams as assigned.

Requirements
  • Committed to full-time ministry service.
  • Possess at least an NTC 3 in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) or equivalent qualification.
  • Familiarity with M&E systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and general computer applications.
  • Reliable, independent, resourceful, and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Team player who is enthusiastic about serving with joy and dedication in the Kingdom of God.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Diploma graduates in any engineering discipline are encouraged to apply.
