We are looking for a Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join our growing team. If you are service-oriented, enjoy interacting with customers, and have a passion for technology, we would love to hear from you

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve walk-in and appointment-based customers professionally and courteously.

  • Receive, check, and handle customer devices carefully during drop-off and collection.

  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate updates on repair progress.

  • Manage customer satisfaction, including handling feedback, complaints, and warranty claims.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service centre environment.

  • Answer phone calls and attend to online inquiries when required.

Assist the Operations Manager with daily administrative or operational tasks when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, electronics, or service industries.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive attitude.

  • Able to multitask and handle customers in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of mobile devices or interest in technology is an advantage.

  • Proactive team player with good time management skills.

Training will be provided for product knowledge and repair process handling.
