Job Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL functions.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial statements.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and proper filing of documents.
  • Support finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when required.
  • Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • At least 1–3 years of working experience in accounting/finance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, SAP, Xero, QuickBooks).
  • Strong attention to detail, good time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • 5-day work week (No work on weekends & Public Holidays)
