Finance Executive, Singapore

Salary Range: SGD 3,500 – SGD 4,000

Are you looking to grow your career in finance with an energetic and supportive team? We're looking for a Finance Executive, Singapore, who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of key finance processes. This role offers exposure to regional operations, hands-on learning, and the chance to contribute to a fast-growing international company.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take charge of the month-end closing and preparation of the full set of accounts
  • Keep financial records accurate and up-to-date
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices, and manage collections
  • Process supplier invoices and ensure timely, accurate data entry in our ERP system
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations (1–2 banks)
  • Record and reconcile debit and credit card transactions (1–2 cards)
  • Manage employee expense claims in the ERP system
  • Assist with audit schedules and financial reports
  • Support management with ad hoc projects and initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting; higher qualifications will be an advantage
  • At least 2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
  • Can start work on short notice (a plus)
