About the Roles

Join a reputable air conditioning engineering company as an M&E Engineer based in Yishun. This is a permanent position offering a competitive basic salary of up to $4,000, along with a variable bonus. You'll work a 5.5-day week (Monday to Friday, 9.00am–6.00pm, and Saturday, 9.00am–1.00pm) in a dynamic environment where your technical expertise and site management skills will make a direct impact on project success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review M&E drawings to ensure alignment with structural, architectural, and client specifications.
  • Oversee site activities, conducting inspections to maintain quality and accurate measurements.
  • Detect and resolve technical challenges promptly to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate subcontractors' schedules to ensure work meets project timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor daily site progress and maintain comprehensive work records.
  • Identify material or workmanship defects and raise Non-Compliance Reports for follow-up actions.
  • Inspect subcontractor work to confirm adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience overseeing ACMV projects.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (or willing to obtain one).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD applications.
  • Holds a valid Work at Height Certificate (Assessor/Manager).
  • OFAC certification will be considered an added advantage.
