About the Roles

We are hiring an M&E Project Coordinator/M&E Engineer for a furniture manufacturing and construction company located at Mandai Estate. This is a permanent, full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30AM to 5:30PM. The role offers a basic salary along with variable bonus and medical and dental benefits.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan and manage all mechanical and electrical activities on site.
  • Review technical drawings and specifications, highlight discrepancies, and update the Project Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to M&E works.
  • Coordinate and verify shop drawings to meet project requirements.
  • Supervise M&E subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate execution in line with contract specifications.
  • Liaise with authorities, clients, and subcontractors on submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning matters.
  • Organize and lead coordination meetings to align stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on progress, issues, and developments.
  • Work closely with site teams to support smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate M&E-related changes, ensure compliance with local regulations, and handle other assigned tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • A Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
  • At least one year of M&E coordination experience in the Singapore construction industry.
  • Ability to work independently with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with local codes, practices, and authority submission procedures is an advantage.
