**About the Roles**

We are hiring an M&E Project Coordinator / M&E Engineer to join a well-established building and construction manufacturer specializing in furniture, based at Mandai Estate. **What You’ll Be Doing**
- Plan, manage, and coordinate all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications, reporting discrepancies to the Project Manager.
- Prepare and maintain M&E documentation and ensure records are up to date.
- Coordinate shop drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Supervise sub-contractors to ensure quality and timely execution of M&E works.
- Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and authorities on submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Organize and lead coordination meetings to align stakeholders on M&E matters.
- Track progress of M&E works and provide updates, reports, and issue escalations to the Project Manager.
- Work closely with site teams to ensure seamless workflow and project delivery.
- Manage approvals and negotiate M&E-related changes while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned as part of project requirements.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of M&E coordination experience within the Singapore construction sector.
- Independent worker with strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local codes, practices, and authority submission processes will be an added advantage.
