Relationship Manager, Enterprise Banking

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our Enterprise Banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new Commercial Banking customers, deepening existing relationships, and promoting loan products to meet annual targets. You will play a key role in credit review, client servicing, and driving utilization of banking facilities, while contributing to the competitiveness of our product offerings.
What you will be doing
Acquire new Commercial Banking customers and deepen relationships with existing clients
Promote Commercial Banking loan products to meet annual sales targets
Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to support overall revenue goals
Conduct credit reviews to monitor credit quality and implement strategies to minimize defaults or NPLs
Provide high-quality client servicing to meet departmental customer satisfaction standards
Increase facility utilization among existing clients to enhance share of wallet
Monitor competitor offerings and provide feedback to Product Team to maintain competitiveness
What we're looking for
Degree or professional qualifications in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in SME/Commercial Banking with a strong business network and proven track record in acquiring new accounts
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in credit, with exposure to credit risk management and credit evaluation
Strong analytical and planning skills
Passionate, driven, and customer-focused
Familiarity with commercial banking products and market trends
